Single seat, with automatic canon ATK M242 (MDHC), 25 mm. It is designed for low-level surface and anti-aircraft firing missions, against mobile targets with medium armor. Its smaller size facilitates full control and simple operation of the optical reconnaissance elements and the vehicle carried has a bigger interior volume.

Thanks to its installation diameters, the TC-13 can be installed in TOA M-113 armored vehicles or in any other, as it can be mounted with intermediary rings.
