The Recon Scout CT is a dual-duty micro-robot that enables operators to transport up to 4 lbs. (1.8kg) of user configured payload while also providing instantaneous video and audio reconnaissance.

The CT’s versatile capabilities are enhanced by a Picatinny rail for use with common tactical attachments and a low friction Tow Disc which can be configured to transport even the most unusual payloads. When deployed, it can be directed to quietly move through a structure and transmit real-time video and audio to the handheld Operator Control Unit (OCU). Weighing in at only 1.45lbs. (0.66kg) the CT can be thrown horizontally up to 30 feet (9.1m) when used without any payload, for reconnaissance only use.

The CT will transmit video and audio through walls, windows and doors up to 100 feet (30m) away from the OCU and is equipped with an infrared optical system that is automatically activated when ambient light is low.

The CT may be specified on any of three pre-determined transmitting frequencies, allowing users to deploy and operate up to three robots in the same environment at the same time.
