The Bionix ARV is now in service by the Singapore Armed Forces and is based on a modified Bionix chassis. It is fitted with a boom type crane, winches and other specialised equipment to enable it to recover damaged and disabled tracked and wheeled armoured vehicles. It has a crew of three and a combat weight of 24,000 kg.
