Focused primarily in the Defense Sector, Vippon HRI S.A. demonstrates in depth experience in the production of rubberized (rubber to metal bonded) track parts for various types of armored tracked vehicles (trackshoe bodies, track pads, pins, bushings, road wheels, iddler wheels) and has developed the applied know-how for the assembling of the afore mentioned rubberized track components in completed trackshoes / track systems.

The outstanding combination of optimized production technology and the long term accumulated knowledge on track parts' urbanization and assembly techniques, allow us to supply track pads, trackshoes or track systems of superior quality and performance. Relying on our extensively equipped laboratory, we are in position to achieve highly demanding rubber and rubber to metal bonding properties, assuring stable quality levels throughout the production process. Following existing quality plans and applying standardized sampling procedures and test methods (MILL STDs, ASTM, DIN, BSi, ISO), we monitor and control chemical, physical and mechanical properties at all levels and we achieve end product quality.
