History of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Plant No.9 dates from 1942 when independent Artillery Plant No. 9 and Design Office No. 9 were founded on the basis of the Uralmash Works artillery production site. The first director of the Plant was Mr. Lev R. Gonor, Major-General of the artillery-engineering service. |
