As a new platform for providing light infantry vehicles with arms, the E8 one-man turret can be used to engage ground targets and helicopters as well as to support dismounted infantrymen. Equipped with a 30 mm automatic cannon as the main armament and a state-of-the-art fire control system, the E8 turret is also prepared for a remote operation capability. A stabilized line of sight enabling day and night vision facilitates both observation and firing when on the move.
