KONGSBERG has booked an order on PROTECTOR remote weapons stations (RWS) valued at NOK 115 millions from the Croatian Duro Dakovic Specijalna vozila d.d.

The PROTECTOR RWS protects military troops by allowing the vehicle's weapons to be operated from a protected position inside the vehicle. KONGSBERG is an international, knowledge-based group that supplies high-technology systems and solutions to customers engaged in the oil and gas industry, the merchant marine, and the defence and aerospace industries. In 2009, KONGSBERG had a turnover of NOK 13.8 billion, and the Group had 5 423 employees in more than 25 countries.
