AxleTech designs, engineers and manufactures reliable, combat-proven axle, drivetrain and suspension systems featuring heavy-duty, off-road, high-speed planetary systems. Our products provide unrivaled cross-country mobility in harsh environments and heavy load combinations, easily meeting the most severe duty cycles.

With a Rockwell heritage, our product line-up includes planetary hub-reduction axles, independent suspension systems, brakes, transfer cases, differentials, stability control, traction control and torque-management technologies, and electric motorized planetary wheel ends.

We supply quality axle, drivetrain and suspension systems direct to government acquisition agencies and to prime contractors. Maintainability of your fleet is achieved by our responsive integrated logistics support (through-life support), which makes aftermarket and service parts available globally, while our remanufacturing, reset and recapitalization services ensure your fleet's sustainability.

PLANETARY AXLES

Planetary axles are available in single, tandem, and tridem rigid and steer designs with ratings for 5,000lbs to 250,000lbs (2,270kg to 113,400kg). All of our planetary axles are ideal for heavy loads and rough terrain.

Our high-speed planetary axle product line is designed for high mobility and mine-blast protection in applications rated at 6,000lbs to 36,000lbs. Our products are available in a variety of overall gear ratios, and feature optional central-tire inflation, ABS and a variety of traction-control technologies.

PLANETARY INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

Our planetary independent suspension systems are rated for applications from 16,000lbs to 25,000lbs (7,250kg to 11,500kg), and are ideal for high-mobility and maneuverability applications where ride quality for driver, crew and payload is mission critical.

The double-wishbone design couples unrivaled ride-control and handling with safety in all operating environments. We apply our high-speed planetary technology to our independent suspension systems to deliver average cross-country speed gain that is two to three times faster than speeds attainable with rigid beam axles.

MULTIPLE-SPEED TRANSFER CASES

AxleTech's multiple-speed transfer cases are built to handle the demands of high-torque engine or transmission combinations, delivering dependable service in a variety of vocations. Our transfer cases meet your design needs through gear-ratio versatility, front or rear outputs, optional integral power take-off and inter-axle differentials.

Factory-installed oil pumps assuring low-speed lubrication add to the low maintenance of our rugged yet lightweight multiple-speed transfer cases.

INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT

AxleTech's 'all makes' parts coverage includes international aftermarket and service parts support for the axle, suspension, drivetrain and brake products that are used by armed services, depots, and military-vehicle manufacturers. We offer axle and brake parts for virtually all combat, tactical and utility wheeled vehicles, including 800 and 900 series trucks (2½t and 5t).

AxleTech's support is comprised of several local distribution centers to serve the global vehicle market. We maintain a complete inventory of aftermarket parts, and offer global service and support, with experts available to help determine specific component requirements.

Service personnel are also available to offer assistance with troubleshooting and parts or service support.

CENTRAL LUBRICATION SYSTEM

Our specialty aftermarket products include a military field-proven central lubrication system, which can be customized to fit any piece of off-road equipment. The system's progressive distribution manifold delivers predetermined amounts of grease to critical lube points at selected intervals.

AXLE REMANUFACTURING, RESET AND RECAPITALIZATION

Remanufacturing services are also available for your axle and suspension products at our manufacturing facilities in North America and Europe. We have the experience and capacity to reset or recap axle and suspension products for AxleTech (Rockwell) axles and competitive products.

PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

Our axle, drivetrain and suspension systems are confidently used on 4x4, 6x6, 8x8 and 10x10 configurations on diverse applications, including mine-protected, combat, tactical, maneuver, logistic, engineer and utility-wheeled vehicles, as well as special industrial vocational applications (e.g., material-handling machines).
