As a true Brazilian enterprise, ARES has been operating in the defense segment, building up in the area of planning, fabrication, maintenance and commercialization of products guided for civil and military applications, in observation of national and international marketing demands.

Ground attack and defense require extensive weapons capability and easy operability.

ARES' goal in this department is to produce light, modern defense products and units embedded with finest automatic capacity. Weapons stations with night and day target acquisitions, gyto stabilized platforms, sights and collimators for mortars, for instance, are equipments developed by ARES engineers and technicians staff.

ARES's land performance addresses to attend armored vehicles and fixed stations and structures.
